Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Management Trainee (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60 percent marks
- Management Trainee (Law): Degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Junior Management Trainee (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60 percent marks
- Office Assistant Grade-III: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with basic computer knowledge
- Additional Requirements: Must be able to read and write Odia language

- Junior Management Trainee (Civil): Training Stipend of Rs. 30,000 per month and Regular Pay Scale ranging from Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month
