Azim Premji Foundation Scholarship 2025: Apply Now for Rs 30,000 Annual Support

The Azim Premji Foundation Scholarship 2025 is now open for applications, offering financial assistance of Rs 30,000 per year to eligible girl students. This initiative aims to empower up to 2.5 lakh girls from government schools across 18 states to pursue higher education. The last date to apply online is September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Scholarship Benefits

Selected candidates will receive Rs 30,000 annually, awarded in two instalments of Rs 15,000 each. The scholarship will continue for the entire duration of an undergraduate degree or diploma (2–5 years), as long as the student maintains continuous enrollment.

Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Azim Premji Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet all the following conditions:

• Must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from a government school.
• Both examinations should be completed in one of these states/UTs:
  Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand.
• Must have taken admission in the first year of an undergraduate degree or diploma programme (2025–26 session) as a regular student in a recognised government or approved private institution.

Application & Disbursal Process

The scholarship will be granted in four structured steps:

1. Online Application – Students must submit their application form through the official portal.
2. Eligibility Review – Applications will be screened against the stated criteria.
3. Fund Disbursal – Once verified, the amount will be released in two instalments per year.
4. Renewal – To continue receiving support, students must reapply for renewal each academic year.
