Top 7 Mistakes that Kill Your RTI

1. Asking “why/explain/justify” — instead, seek note-sheets and orders.
2. No time window — always include from–to dates.
3. Fishing expedition — name the file/register/work ID if possible.
4. No format mentioned — ask for PDF soft copies.
5. Bundling 10 departments — file to the right PIO only.
